We hope you absolutely love your items, but no worries if it wasn’t the perfect match!

• Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY — we do not issue refunds.
• Returns must be received back to Fox & Hen within 14 days of delivery.
• Local pick up orders have a 7 day return window from the date purchased.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached to qualify for return.

If you would like to use a prepaid return label supplied by us, please email [help@shopfoxandhen.com](mailto:help@shopfoxandhen.com) with your name, order number, and the items you wish to return. An $8 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit.

If you would prefer to use your own return label, please send your return back within 14 days of delivery and include your packing slip inside the package.

Please note: Any returns received outside of our return window or deemed ineligible will be held at Fox & Hen until an invoice for return shipping is paid by the customer.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, which are non-refundable. We do not process return requests through social media platforms.

Please keep in mind that colors and fabric textures may appear slightly different in person than online due to lighting and screen settings.
